About
I'm [YOUR NAME].
I write Teniel Trades to think out loud about markets — the levels I care about, the process I use, and the trades I actually take.

- Timeframes
- Intraday and swing
Biography
I've been trading equities, options, and futures for a decade. Along the way I've blown up accounts, built them back, and — most importantly — kept a journal that forced me to be honest about what actually worked.
Teniel Trades exists because I couldn't find the trading content I actually wanted to read: process-driven, honest about losses, and free of the "get rich this quarter" posture that dominates the space.
Philosophy
Every trade starts as an idea, becomes a plan, and lives or dies at an invalidation level defined before entry. Sizing is mechanical. Reviews are weekly. Screen time is a lagging indicator of skill, not a leading one.
Values
Discipline
Small edges applied consistently beat large edges applied sporadically.
Transparency
Losers get the same write-up as winners. Always.
Patience
The best trade of the week is usually the one I didn't force.
Risk First
Position sizing is my first decision — the direction is my last.
